• Rental equipment must be returned in good working condition. Damages caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may incur repair or replacement fees.
• Chairman Enterprise reserves the right to inspect equipment upon return and charge for any necessary repairs.

6. Construction and Consulting Services

• Construction and consulting services will be outlined in separate contracts, including details on timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules.
• Any changes to the scope of work after the project begins may result in additional fees and adjustments to the project timeline.
• Chairman Enterprise will endeavor to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but unforeseen delays may occur.

7. Product and Service Warranty

• All products are provided "as is" unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee the fitness or suitability of any product for a particular purpose.
• Construction services may come with a limited warranty as outlined in the service contract. Any defects should be reported promptly to allow for assessment and necessary repair.

• Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, subject to our approval and restocking fees.
